If you’ve recently experienced a hiccup while using the Louisiana Notary Intelligence app—specifically with scenario-based questions not loading properly or functioning as expected—thank you for your patience and for bringing it to my attention.
As the creator of the app, I take every bit of user feedback seriously. My mission has always been to provide aspiring and commissioned Louisiana notaries with the most reliable, user-friendly tools to study smarter and succeed. That’s why I’m happy to announce: this issue has now been resolved.
What Was Happening?
Some users were unable to access or interact with scenario questions inside the app. This was due to a technical glitch affecting specific content types in certain environments. I’ve since identified the root cause and corrected it in the code.
App Update Rolling Out
An app update is being pushed out today to address this issue and improve overall stability. Please note that app store approval processes may cause the update to take up to 48 hours to fully publish and be available on all devices.
In the Meantime: Use the Web App
While the update is being finalized, you can still continue your studies by accessing the web version of the Louisiana Notary Intelligence app here:
This web version includes all the same free features and is fully functional for most study needs—including the corrected scenario questions.
Please Note:
The web version does not support in-app purchases, so brand new users will not have access to Pro features at this time. Only existing users who already unlocked Pro through the iOS app will see those advanced features in the web version.
That said, new users are still welcome to explore all available free features—no download required. This is especially great news for Android users or those who haven’t been able to use the app due to iOS limitations. Now’s your chance to try out the platform directly through your browser.
